I was told yesterday that four of my poems were due (with my consent) to be posted on the London Southbank Poetry Library website. They have all appeared in 'The Seventh Quarry' (ed. Peter Thabit Jones), and you can read them here...
- 'Elegy for Idris Davies' in 'The Seventh Quarry' No. 3, Winter 2006 (ed. Peter Thabit Jones)
- 'Egret on the Loughor Estuary' in 'The Seventh Quarry' No. 3, Winter 2006 (ed. Peter Thabit Jones)
- 'Tide Fight' (1st Prize in Carmarthen Ottakar/Faber Competition 2005) in 'The Seventh Quarry' No.3, Winter 2006 (ed. Peter Thabit Jones)
- 'Stranger' in 'The Seventh Quarry' No. 2, 2005 (ed. Peter Thabit Jones)

Caroline!
These are so hauntingly beautiful, they take my breath away. I read the Egret poem first, and it lingered in my mind, reading the others. Thanks so much for sharing these--I can see why they took the prize, so to speak!
Kay
