I'm looking forward to hearing your poem, Caroline - will 'listen again' tomorrow. It's one of my favourite poems in 'The Lie of the Land' so it will be great to hear it read. x
I was given a copy of Lie of the Land to review. A really good anthology (including your poem).
It's one of those books I'm always thumbing through when I'm looking for examples of texts in class. Many of the poems, including yours, are so memorable that they spring to mind when I start wondering which text....
